    Individual Therapy

Grounded support for teens, young adults, and parents navigating behavior challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.

I work with individuals who feel stuck — anger that escalates quickly, shutdown or avoidance, repeated conflict, or a sense of drifting without direction. Sessions focus on emotional regulation, accountability, clarity, and practical changes that can actually be used outside the therapy room.

Therapy is collaborative and paced to you. We work on understanding what’s underneath the behavior, not just managing symptoms.

    Session formats:
    In-office • Virtual • Walk & Talk • Limited in-home (case-by-case)

  • Group of five friends standing together outdoors at sunset, embracing each other and looking at the horizon.

    Family Therapy

Reduce conflict. Rebuild trust. Create steadier ground at home.

Family therapy supports parents and caregivers who feel stuck in repeating power struggles, blowups, or emotional shutdowns. We focus on understanding what’s driving the behavior — not assigning blame — and building clearer communication, boundaries, and emotional regulation within the family system.

This work is especially helpful when trust has been strained, a child or teen is acting out, or the family is navigating school, legal, or treatment-related stress. Sessions are structured, practical, and paced to meet each family where they are.

  • Parent Coaching

Support for caregivers who are exhausted — and ready for something to change.

Parent coaching offers focused guidance for parents who want clearer direction, better boundaries, and less daily conflict. Instead of reacting in the moment, we slow things down and look at patterns, stress triggers, and what actually works for your child.

Together, we build practical strategies you can use immediately — setting limits, responding to difficult behavior, and staying regulated yourself so you don’t burn out in the process. This work is collaborative, respectful, and free of blame.

Parent coaching can be helpful on its own or alongside individual or family therapy.
