Why I Built This Program
When I was growing up, I spent a lot of time quietly overwhelmed. I didn’t know who I was yet — and I didn’t know who to ask. Everything felt like the wrong decision, so I froze. I kept people happy because it was the only way I knew how to stay safe. On the outside, I looked “fine.” On the inside, I was constantly waiting for the sky to fall in.
This program exists to give teens the support I didn’t have — real tools, real language, and a space that doesn’t pressure them to “be fixed.” Identity is not a rush job. It’s a process. And when you have the right support, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
